Shipping and Returns Policy

What are your delivery services and charges?

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order.

When and how will my order be delivered?

We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. Delivery will be within three to five working days and between 7.30am and 6pm, we are unable to confirm a time.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we will deliver worldwide, please allow five to ten working days for your delivery.

Do you deliver to BFPO?

Yes, deliveries can be made to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO).However, we are currently unable to register BFPO addresses online. Please call us on 0845 8330191 to discuss.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

Most deliveries need to be signed for and if you are not in, Royal Mail will take your parcel to the local sorting office and leave a card at your address explaining what to do next.

How do I return an item I ordered online?

As long as the item is unused and in the original packaging, you can return it by post to Posh Gifts Limited, 72 Bailey Street, Brynmawr, Blaenau Gwent, NP23 4HB. See our refund policy for full details. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?

Please give us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods. We will contact you via email to confirm refund method.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your online order using the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Delta, Switch or Solo cards.

Can I cancel my order?

If you order online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party (e.g. as a gift) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

Can I make changes to my order?

Amending Your Order - before despatch of goods:

In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling 0845 8330191or by emailing enquiries@thecelticgiftshop.co.uk up until the point of its despatch to you or a third party.

What is your returns policy?

In the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on toiletries or earrings for pierced ears, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights. Once you have taken satisfactory delivery of items, refunds or exchanges can only be given in accordance with your legal rights. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights. You will be required to keep the item in a resaleable condition. If we collect the item from you we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100).
